• Abstract Submission Deadline: June 15, 2025
  • Abstracts should be between 250–300 words, clearly stating the objective, method, and scope of the proposed presentation.
  • Submissions must include the author’s full name, institutional affiliation, academic title (if any), contact email, and five keywords.
  • Abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
• Accepted proposals will be announced on June 30, 2025.
• Full Paper Submission Deadline: September 1, 2025
• Congress Program Announcement: September 15, 2025
• Publication of Abstract Booklet: October 3–5, 2025
